Full Circle arrives!
August 6th, 2009

I’m looking with great satisfaction at the advance copy of Full Circle (Book 3). It’s very beautiful! It’s odd to think that this started 13 years ago when I wrote the first chapter of Blood Ties as a short story. 450 000 words later…. Full Circle will be in the shops in Australia in September and in the US and UK later in the year. Many thanks to all the people at Orbit Books who have been involved, especially my peerless editor/publisher, Bernadette Foley.

    Will there be a book-launch?

Not a formal one - but I’m seriously thinking about a big party!

Pamela! Dymocks told me the release for Full Circle was NOVEMBER … ploise exploin?

Definitely not! I suspect they’re looking at the US release date, which is November. But Full Circle is in shops NOW in Australia! If they don’t have it, Angus & Roberstons certainly do, and so do Borders, so tell them so!

Now 16 days after release - and I have tried all the shops, including those mentioned above - still unable to obtain a copy.

Very worrying, June - have you asked them when it is due in?

doubleday.com.au doesn’t have it yet either, but http://www.thenile.com.au does!

Bit of an odd story…I went to Borders today to get myself a copy of Full Circle and there was none on the shelf so I checked the info desk which said 6 copies available. I asked a staff member who checked their records and for some reason FC was categorised under the ‘Self Help’ section! We went over there and there they were, under Self Help.

Have tried all the bookshops, no one has it, all have the same reply, not yet available, due November!?

What’s going on, this is very annoying, (only started reading the first 2 books believing this was due out before I finished them)

BigW online also says due for release November

    *sigh*

It took forever to get to September :-)
